Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course or training programme.
A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After 7 days or if more than 20% has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or session credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
Refund terms for corporate engagements are outlined in the individual service agreement. Please refer to your proposal document or contact us.
Email hello@skker.com with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
