At some point in a product career, continuing to manage execution is not enough.
The real shift is architectural: moving from task ownership to system ownership, from local optimization to organizational coherence, and from delivery management to strategic design.
That transition requires a different lens, different language, and a stronger operating point with executives and cross-functional leaders.
